Brief Answer:
Not herpes. Seems like a furuncle.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is most likely a furuncle - a skin and soft tissue infection. It is not looking like genital herpes. Herpes usually presents with a grape-like cluster of fluid-filled vesicles which soon rupture to form erosions. These erosions may remain discrete or coalesce to form larger polycyclic erosions. I suggest you use a topical antibiotic e.g. either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Regarding oral sore.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It's a canker sore.

Canker sore and herpes are different. A canker sore usually occurs on soft mucosal surfaces like lips, tongue whereas herpes usually occurs on mucosa that is firmly attached e.g. on gums, palate etc.

Hope I have answered your query.
