Brief Answer:
I do think this should be a cause for concern, but visit a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Well ma'am, your eye is indeed sensitive soon after surgery especially during the first 2 weeks after surgery. But I do not think the paper towels would have caused any serious problems.

Just make sure you are more careful from next time onwards, but I would either way recommend a visit to your surgeon to make sure all is well at the earliest. Do not worry, if you do not have any swelling or any reactions to the injury then you should be fine ma'am.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
