Don't panic, continue treatment & self care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX 230409,
Thanks for the query. I have read & understand your query.
I understand that you are pregnant & have mild cramps . You had aborted in past & so you are scared.
It's but natural ,but after knowing few things you won't be.
* Actually it's a normal thing to have mild cramps in early pregnancy due to stretching of uterus as fetus grows & also because of increased pregnancy hormones, increased blood supply & many physiological changes in uterus.
So it is a normal symptom, provided it's mild / there is no associated sever pain/ there is no bleeding.
* In case you find the cramps to be increasing & painful.. you should consult your doctor , get examined . She may perform USG scan of pelvis to exclude certain pregnancy conditions which need immediate attention.( Blighted ovum/ ectopic pregnancy )& HCG hormone levels to confirm absence of problem.
* Taking in consideration your previous history, your doctor has already started with Tablet Duphston.. to assure sufficient hormonal supply to fetus..& prevent possibility of abortion. In my opinion you should not be psychologically stressed/ anxious, believe your doctor & be composed . A positive psychology helps normal pregnancy.
* My advise at the moment to you is -
- Be confident in your doctor's advise. with timely hormone supplement, the possibility of abortion has been taken care of.
- Mild cramps are normal you can try simple things like drinking water, juice/ strolling around /hot pack on your back( not on abdomen/ no massaging please )/ slow pelvic tilts , kegel's exercises do help in relieving mild cramps.
- Continue with Duphaston as advised.. never miss it. Tablet Duvadilan & Deflatulent pills like gasex . help. You can add them with your doctor's advise..
- Take light, nourishing food in small & multiple servings. Avoid over eating or fasting. Avoid spicy, oily , fast foods
- Have 8 hours sound sleep ( use Yoganidra audio cassette for help ).. no sleeping pills please.
- Have regular pregnancy check up.
* In case you find the cramps turning in pains/ there is slightest bleeding.. visit your treating gynecologist earliest/ visit ER...
I hope you found the answer to be informative & useful. Any follow up uery is welcome.
Thanks.
