Brief Answer:
No medication for blood pressure at present, S Hba1c for sugar

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXX, I appreciate the fact that you are conscious about your health.
The blood pressure reading you mentioned do NOT require any form of medication at present, it is normal for our blood pressure to be higher as the day progress because of movement and work related physical and mental need. Hence for a 66 year old and fit man, I don't see a reason to start medication for the same
However I take the opportunity to initiate the fact
1) Do restrict salt in your diet, no fried & preserved food. Total salt in a day to be XXXXXXX @3gm.
2) More potassium contains food like green vegetables and fruit s (atleast 2 serving s a day)
3) exercise 30-45 mins of aerobic exercise like brisk walking, swimming is what I would suggest
4) some relaxing exercise like yoga .
All this lifestyle changes may bring the blood down and prevent us from the need of medication in future.

Now you diabetes report are just borderline and may not need any treatment presently. However I will suggest if you can get Hba1c report nxt time, which measures the average sugar in three months would be a beey test. So cutting carbohydrates and fine sugar in diet would help

Brief Answer:
higher BP doesn't cause sneezing and vice versa

Detailed Answer:
Sir if the blood pressure is taken just after a bout of sneezing, the reading you have is a be a little than your normal BP, and it is normal to have so
Per say higher BP doesn't cause sneezing and vice versa
However if you have cough bouts too it's better to avoid some medication for hypertension like ace inhibitors but presently I don't think you should start on Sanyo medication, you may give a trail of lifestyle changes and it will surely help
Mostly your sneezing bouts as most likely due to some allergic phenomenon and associated transient breathlessness is most likely due to sneezing.
