Is masturbation safe when suffering from tight pelvic floor and tail bone pain?
Still tight then should I continue to abstain? There's nothing medically wrong with me. I've had a million tests. Very discouraged and constantly worried about this problem.

The weakness and fatigue that you are feeling is a normal finding. It is a good exercise for your pelvic floor. There is no need to abstain. Just be careful not to have an aggressive session as it can cause an inflammation in your tailbone. You can continue physical therapy and a hot fomentation to regain the strength in the pelvic muscles.
