Question: Hello. I wanted to share some blood analysis with you and if it is possible to have your opinion. From two years I suffer from thyroid of Hashimoto and today I took my blood analysis which show an increment of lymfocit number. 43.5. Should I worry? Is it normal? I take 75 mg of eutirox every day. I make blood analysis every 2 months since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto but it is the first time that I notice an increase level of lymfocit number. Thank you again

Brief Answer:
There is no need to get worried for the high lymphocyte level.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXX!
Your Levothyroxine dose is correct, the slight raise in lymphocyte number is not worrisome.
If you have recently gone through an infection, disease or illness, then it is common for your body to have higher lymphocyte count. In these levels most commonly, it means that you have a viral infection.
The low red blood cells count and Hemoglobin level should be explored further and treated.
Best of luck,
Dr.Mirjeta
