Brief Answer:
Not melanoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
Just relax, these are common mole not melanoma.
Lymph node swelling is not the diagnostic criteria for melanoma.
If you are worried you can get these moles removed.
These can be removed with the use of a radio frequency ablator by a dermatologist.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Not melanoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
Just relax it's totally normal.
A single lymph node that too pea size is of no significance.
Melanoma will also have other signs and symptoms like bleeding and pain in lesions.
Try to relax yourself.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
