Is knee joint pain associated with intermittent diplopia?
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Intermittent diplopia and weakness may be linked to myasthenia gravis or Lambert Eaton syndrome.
Knee joint pain is unlikely to be associated with it and requires evaluation for any ligament injury or arthritis.
Involuntary movement of legs during sleep is a common phenomenon and doesn't requires any treatment if not bothersome.
Evaluation and examination by a neurologist is advised.
