Brief Answer:
low Magnesium levels most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thank you for asking on HealthcareMagic.

If the fluttering doesn't progress, this was just a muscle spasm. If it goes on, most probably is due to low vitamin and low Magnesium levels. Try to take for some days of Magnesium, Vit's B, and Vit D supplements and check if the flattering will go away.

Meanwhile, it'll be worthwhile to get the serum electrolyte levels (Calcium, Potassium, and Magnesium most notably) checked also.

If you have more question, please feel free to post them.

Regards,
Dr. Eni
