Brief Answer: It is a myth Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing to us. It is a complete myth that one should avoid milk and other dairy products with non vegetarian food items as it can lead to allergy or white spots over body. White spots or vitiligo has no association with consumption of milk or non veg food. You may take these together. There are many non veg dishes where we use curd/cheese/cream along with spices as a marinade for non veg items. Fish, chicken, lamb etc is also prepared in white sauce and is safe to consume. There is no medical basis to prove that these edible items should not be consumed together. Hope this helped. Take care
