Finally I went to doctor after 2 months and I have HBV, HCV and HIV test. All came fine and Forgot Everything. In this 30 April I am going marry. So, I was worried about that Explain every to my parent. They told nothing to worry but If you want you can Test again. So I went to Thyrocare and have Premarital Test on 12 XXXXXXX 2015. Every reports came fine.

In Thyrocare Blood collection center. Before drawing blood from my hand She shown I am using New syringe but She was not able to locate vein in my right hand. So, only few drops blood came in first attempt. So, She went for left hand.

Q. But I am nervous because She used same syringe that was used first time and told I am using your Syringe only. Whether it is right procedure? Any one can use same syringe to draw blood second time?

Q. I am feeling nervous because may be She has put first attempt blood in Blood collection tube. Then she draw blood from second time. So whether Blood collection tube are also used only one time according to medical standard?

Q. Whether Its my Phobia and I have concern some psychiatrist because I am extremely worried because If she have put blood inside a Blood collection tube and It was used previously and If by mistake there was blood inside that Blood collection tube and Its stuck into needle. Please find clarifications below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in details.
It appears that you are seeking clarification on certain matters relating to transmission of sexual infections and specifically HIV under your circumstances.

My observations after reading through your problems is as follows.
1. The chances of transmission of infection through needle injury during using syringe to fill printer cartridges is almost nil and your tests have also confirmed it.

2. The Thyrocare prematital testing lab is well known and proper testing guidelines are used while drawing samples.

3. Medically it is acceptable to use the same needle for a second prick within a few seconds, if the first prick did not hit the vein.

4. They will never use the same blood collection tube for two people.

5. While going to the Psychiatrist is not essential, you can discuss all your doubts regarding any phobia in next discussion.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Thanks for ur valuable reply..

Sir, I am not big heart person and I have always doubt in my mind..I always want to be 100% So there should be no doubt in my mind...Even before going to saving I wash my razar with antiseptic..That why I always avoid any type of mistake in my life..What didn't done any major mistake in my life...Even I know last Needle stick will cause nothing but before marriage want to be 100% sure. That why I went for premarital test and I was little worried about that but after coming from Thyrocare I am still worried because I have seen Madam have shown me New Syringe..that I am 100% sure...but didn't watch what Madam has done when sufficient amount blood didn't came from First hand..

Lot of doubts are coming in my mind...By mistake if she used already used Blood collection tube to drop that little amount of blood into tube and If infected blood comes into contact with needle...

Q.How to avoid this type of illusions because I am able to concentrate on my work and I am continuous thinking If by mistake she has done mistake...How I can explain to out world...I didn't done any mistake. There still some doubt
Q. If in world there is any type of technology or Test I can go from that test whether I am speaking truth or not..I didn't touch any Girl and any Drugs..But Still these unnecessary question are coming in my mind..I am able concentrate on my work?

Q.How can I remove these doubt...Because I am able to enjoy my pre marriage life..Should I go for Test gain to remove these doubt...But If it is today case then its ok but it will also affect my future life that I want to refer to some Psychiatrist. I didn't done any mistake and going for Test? Even I feel shy while going for these kind of test because I think what people feel about me?No one can trust for what purpose I am doing this.

Q.Considering my case whether I need any further test because I don't want to destroy any one life but I am sure I havn't done any mistake but Still thinking Madam have done any mistake?

Q.If Sir you think I need any type of Meditation or You can refer me in Delhi?

I have also attached my latest report..for ur reference..Even I have 5 year back report but it is in my home town that why able to attach that report....

Brief Answer:
There is no requirement for any testing

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing back with an update.

I have read through your attached reports.
1. Every test including HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C is normal and you should not worry.

2. I have come across many people with similar thoughts running in their minds. This is due to anxiety. You can come out of it by reading medical educational material on how various diseases are transmitted and since you have tested normal, there is no worry as far your marriage and own health is concerned. A lot of information is available on health websites which tell about diseases in details and when you should get tested.

3. I trust you that you are telling the truth and there is no need of taking any test just to confirm that you are speaking truth or not. You need to bring confidence within you and assure yourself that you have done nothing wrong and you are completely healthy.

4. Consulting a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist might help if it is difficult to accept that your reports are normal. You do not have to justify to anyone why you went for pre marital tests. It was for your personal satisfaction and similar tests are also done for emlpoyees when joining a new job or any person travelling to a foreign country. There is no discrimination when you take these tests.

5. Since you have done pre marital profile therefore there is no requirement for further testing. You have not put yourself in to any high risk situation for any sexual infection and even repeated tests will give normal reports.

6. You need to build up your self confidence. Please forget any health problems and spend more time on your work related issues. Mediation and yoga helps in building self confidence. There are many types of yoga and one such type is Sahaja yoga meditation which is simple and will help you. You can see website www.sahajayoga.org to know where it is located in XXXXXXX This is a free yoga service and does not require any contribution.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
