Brief Answer:
Yes you may travel but avoid constant sitting

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Please tell me what medicine are you taking?
It is safe to travel but avoid constant sitting that is not more than 25-30 minutes and keep on doing the muscle stretching exercises.
Hope this helps you and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

Brief Answer:
You may add muscle relaxant drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you
You may add muscle relaxant drugs like Thiocolchicoside and continue to take the other medicine as usual along with pain killer if required. Since, Thiocolchicoside is prescription only drug you may have to visit a local doctor.
All the best for your journey.
Take care

Hi there

I wake up in morning with knee and leg pain. I delivered furniture for 6 years and now work in an office so im thinking maybe its just from years of heavy lifting. Prevents me from getting up to work out and now working in office i am gaining weight so also looking for ways to find energy.

In short i need help with energy to get through winter as i find i am tired and depressed as well as something for knee and leg pain. Thinking its tight hamstrings and such as i cant bend real well eithier and not real flexible.

Ive heard of castor oil or fish oil? Is this true

I have had right calf swelling an pain for thirty days now. It hasn t got better or worse. I woke up with a burning feeling in the middle of right calf I did not have charile horse just woke up to it. The pain moves around every couple days in my lower leg right now it is behind my right knee and I cant bend it all the way without a lot of pain its been that way for a week . I am 50 years old and do a lot of Manuel labor and weight lifting for a hobby but did not hurt it doing either one. But I have had sore butt muscles and hips for about four months before this. And I have no history of blood clots. And no redness in leg. It just aches after work mainly but pain behind knee is only when I try to bend it all the way.I have no back pain but my hamstring feels like something needs to pop. What could this be.
