Brief Answer:
safety not established

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

There are no studies done to establish kalms safety in pregnancy and lactation. So I do not usually recommended it during pregnancy or lactation. This tablet has some herbal medicine which might have only sedation as its effect and it might not have any serious undesirable effects. But due to poor evidence it is better to be avoided.

As you have already taken, we cannot predict its effects. However since it's only for short period of time, I will suggest you go by ultrasound scan reports. If scan reveals no abnormal finding, then I wouldn't be overly concerned about the side effects. So discuss with your treating doctor and plan for an ultrasound scans.

Physical and mental strain is not at all advisable in pregnancy so try to relax yourself by doing yoga and meditation.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss further.
