Hi,
Thanks for sharing your concerns,
I can understand you must be using aspirin for your heart issue (Stent).
I presume your diabetes is well controlled and this is good that your ovarian disease is in remission.
It is safe to take aspirin with Omeprazole there is no drug interaction and long term use of aspirin causes gastritis in some so with PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) Omeprazole improves that.
You can continue to take both drugs as advised by your treating Physician.
