Brief Answer:
The medicine combination is safe to use.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Lexapro is Escitalopram and the drug is a SSRI drug. Wellbutrin is Bupropion and the drug is also a serotonergic drug. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug.

There is no risk in taking these drugs together. In my OPD I have used these drugs together in a number of patients. There is no significant risk of Serotonin syndrome.

Any SSRI drug can increase the risk of angle closure glaucoma. Taking Lexapro 20 with 150 mg Bupropion might increase the chances of precipitation of angle closure glaucoma in a patient of glaucoma. In normal individuals with no history of glaucoma these drugs are safe.

Lexapro in high doses might increase the risk of palpitations and might cause QT prolongation. But over all in most of individuals the drug is safe to use. Its safe to use all these drugs together. Chances of palpitations are there in susceptible individuals only.

Please take the drugs in prescribed doses only.

Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.

Take care
