Brief Answer: No documented interactions Detailed Answer: Dear patient, Thanks for the query. No documented medication interactions have been reported between aspirin, hCTZ and THC, the main active component of cannabis. Nevertheless, one has to take into consideration that marihuana can increase blood pressure and heart rate, particularly at high doses. Hope this helps wish you the best, Dr Brenes-Salazar MD Mayo Clinic MN Cardiology

Brief Answer: Probably not for interaction Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX There is no significant interaction with that dose, or perhaps at all, with the cannabis. Again, though, pot can certainly increase heart rate and blood pressure transiently. Yours truly, Dr Brenes-Salazar Mayo Clinic MN
