Is It Safe To Take Garcinia Cambogia?

Question: Want to add supple ends to my exercise routine lot of buzz about Garcinia Cambodia is it safe and there are so many brands which brand would be recommended and us it safe to add CLA WITH THAT and last have always been border line anemic what would be a good vitamin to take or should I just purchase iron pills

I believe I answered a question from you not too long ago. I actually looked up Garcinia yesterday for a paper I am writing. Neither Garcinia or CLA has been found to be effective at helping with weight loss. I know, it is disappointing as I really wanted to find them effective. However, I could find no evidence that either one worked. You say you are borderline anemic with iron deficiency? Other things can cause anemia. If you knoew your are low iron eating high iron foods with vitamin c like fruit. Or, if you are already anemic, the doctor would probably want you on iron sulfate taken by itself with a little food as it can irritate the stomach. But, it is also not absorbed well with other nutrients. Doctors usually prescribe 60 mg iron sulfate for anemia, but if that is too hard on your stomach ask the doctor if you can take two smaller doses of 30mg twice per day.
