Hi .....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Kindly share your symptomatology in detail and let me know, for what all indications are you going to take these drugs?
Is it for improving the quality of sleep?

Contrave is a combination of naltrexone HCI, which is commonly used to treat substance abuse and bupropion HCI is an antidepressant ,also used for smoking cessation.
Contrave is FDA approved for weight loss and is clinically used for it.
Melatonin alone or in combination with amitriptyline are used to reduce pain and to improve sleep cycle.

No clinically significant interactions have been found between Benadryl Amitriptyline, contrave and melatonin but these drugs should always be taken under the medical supervision of a qualified clinician.

Waiting for your revert.

Best regards.
