It is best to complete your vaccination for MMR, Chicken pox, DPT and HPV before planning for pregnancy. You can try to conceive 2 months after the vaccination. It will prevent any infections during pregnancy.
Conception itself is the best test to know that your body is fit to conceive. There are no specific tests that are needed.
You can start folic acid supplements preferably one month before pregnancy and continue during pregnancy which will help in neurological development of the baby.

As I said earlier I want to prepare my body. I am 5 feet tall and my weight is 51 kgs which is a normal BMI.
However I would like to tone my body a little and build stamina. I would be joining gym and shed some fat.
Currently I have problem with digestion. My stool is mushy, sometimes I feel food is not getting digested. I drink adequate water. Please let me know how to improve digestion.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
To improve the digestion try to have more of salads and fresh fruits. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Also eat small portion meals at frequent intervals rather than large heavy meals.
Avoid lying down immediately after a meal, rather lie down flat only after 2 hours. Till then you may lie at a recline at 45 degrees with head-end up. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Keep well hydrated.
Start walking and reduce stress. You can also practice meditation techniques.
