Question: Hello,

i am in the process of getting anxiar out of my system. i took 1mg for 2 years, so it's tims to stop.
My doc said i can take a product that has vallerian root for sleeping at night, due.to the effects of reducing anxiar.

Is it safe?

i just want a second opinion

Brief Answer:
usually its safe but inform someone when u start

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Vallerian root has an intrinsic property of inducing sleep and relaxation. However, as with any herbal preparation one should execute precautions when taking for first few times. Take only a little amount initially and best will be not to combine it with anyother sedative agent, not even with anxiar.

For initial days, tell any of your close friends or family members with whom you stay that you are going to use a new molecule ( in case there is any help needed in case of emergency).

Usually, there is no problem with this supplement. And you may go ahead as per your doctor's advice.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
take vallerian product alone initially

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It is ok if you take it with lower dosage of anxiar. But if you havent tried it yet, then you may first take the vallerian root capsule and see how you feel with it alone.
If that alone is sufficient then you may just skip the anxiar tablet altogether.

In the latter case, you may continue the vallerian root capsule for some days.

In case the product alone dosent help with sleep- you can take anxiar after 3-4 hours.
Once it is i your body for few hours and there is no issue...you may take both vallerian root extract and anxiar in low doaage together from next time.

P.S. the point is to expose the body to vallerain root alone for the first time or atleast in a gap of few hours (4-5) when taken with anxiar for the first time to check the sensitivity of body).

Hope the reply helps.
