Brief Answer:
Relatively safe.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
In the case of computed tomography (CT) scans, the contrast medium is an iodinated compound. Although iodine itself does enter into the milk, the iodine of contrast material is bonded to a carrier molecule, and the compound does not enter the milk in any noticeable amount.
So, it is considered that CT scan during breast feeding is relatively safe.
So, if it is must, you can get it.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
