Brief Answer:
get the right dose for your child

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Maxtra is typically a medicine that is given for children especially for cold. You can give it but you should get the right dose for him. It is not the same dose as at 6 month old child.

I suggest you to enquire your doctor about the dose. It is often a week for the runny nose to stop in children. Give him enough fluids with the syrup as the syrup can be dehydrating to the child. It also can reduce the urine and motion.

Hope this helps you.
