Is it safe to do aerobic while planning for pregnancy?

Question: Hello doctor
M XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX ...we are planning a baby bt yet till we got any confirmation.... I just want to is it okei if I do gym and aerobics daily....it won't any side effects to plan a baby???

Light exercise/ aerobics can be done while you are trying to conceive. However, heavy or strenuous exercise (associated with abdominal compression) are usually not recommended.

Do regular unprotected sex during your fertile days (11th to 19th day of cycle) to maximize your chance of pregnancy. You can use ovulation prediction kit in the middle of cycle to predict ovulation.

I got ur answer and understood what you have said... Just want to know one thing...as u said that I can do light exercise so if I do cardio(treadmel.cyclin n grocer) daily so nothing to worry na....

Yes, you can do above exercises during this time. However, you should stop them soon after getting POSITIVE pregnancy test.

During pregnancy period, you can do regular meditation in the morning and walking for short distance.
