Brief Answer:
Growth after 20 years of age is not usual.

Detailed Answer:
Good day
Noted your concern. at your age your bones are expected to stop growing vertically. Normally, bones will not grow anyymore . In a disease called Acromegaly, bones will start to grow sideways and would cause joint pains and disfigurement. You may also develop headache. If you do blood test for IGF-1, it will be elevated too. Xray of the joints may also reveal some clue.
Please feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
stay relaxed

Detailed Answer:
What makes you think that you are growing? Is your height changing?
Your weight may change , but height is unlikey to change. Please be aware that, vitamins have nothing to do with growth hormone secretion. We all need growth hormone through out life for many reasons other than growth. But the action of growth hormone on bones to promote growth stops by around 20 years of age.
Please relax.
