Brief Answer:
very little height can increase.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
Height of a person depends upon many factors, most important being genetics.
Now you are near that age when maximum height has been already achieved. A few more inches can be gained in next 2-3 years.
I would suggest that you should go for regular aerobic exercises and do yoga. This may be of some help. A physical training expert's guidance can benefit you to some extent.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Avoid any medicine for height gain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
I would advise that you should not take any medicines for height gain as they have potential side effects and should be avoided.
Weight lifting exercises will not increase height. They only build muscle mass.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
