Question: hi my doctor conducted follicular study
right ovary(dominant) left ovary(dominant) endometrium pod

9/3/15 11th day 13*9mm 18*15mm 4.6mm no free
11/3 13th day 13*9mm 24*18 6mm "
12/3 14th 13*9 25*22 6.5 "

on 12 th day i had ovu trig hp 5000

13/3 15th 13*9 28*22 8.2(tripplelin) "
14/3 16th 13*9 crumpled 9mm(tripp) min free on ovulation

my doctor told me to contact with my hubby from starting so we hav done intercourse from 8th night to 13th morning
actually my folicle ruptured on 14th again my doctor told me to contact today also so we have done today evening
actually my husband had low sperm count and motility he is in medication from last 2 1/2 months
after medication od 1st month spem test results done improved motility 10% doctor told him to continue these medication ...
after folicle rupture doctor prescribed susten 200 for 15 days
what are the chances to get pregnant because i have doubt that we have done intercourse daily so is there any chance to not to get pregnant .............
please give me detailed answer

between the 1st and the second semen analysis ,he waz prescribed to use mucolite(tab)-daily 2 for 1 month, and lycogold-daily 1 for 1month ,D-360 weekly once for one month with milk.after that he was asked to continue the same for another 3 months he will be finishing the course by end of this month

from 8th night of this month 13th morning as per instruction of the doctor daily once we had intercourse after rupture on 14th we had an intercourse

please tell me detail is it possible to getting pregnant?????????

Hi

You have undergone correct treatment with follicular monitoring and having sexual intercourse on the days of ovulation.

Only worrying factor is your husband's semen analysis. Please get it evaluated again in a standard laboratory along with semen culture and sensitivity as the report shows semen infection. There is reduced motility also. Overall semen analysis does not look great.

If semen analysis is good , you have good chance of pregnancy.

its very horrible
color -normal
quantity -1ml
actively motile-nill
sluggish motile-65%
non motile-35%
pus cells-2-3/hpf
total cell count-12million
i dono why it was like this
he is using tablets daily

i think from 8th daily once we have done intercourse ...and also day before yestday also v have done he gave the semen on yestdy after nun ...because of frequent intercourse he got that results or else any big problem is theree...
??
pls tell me wats gng...is there any chance to get pregnant in future....

Hi

He has low sperm count. This condition is called oligospermia.

With this low count it is difficult to get pregnant naturally.

He has to see an XXXXXXX soon for examination. Please repeat his semen analysis in another standard laboratory for confirming oligospermia.

Medicines can be prescribed only after examination.
