It can be due to TMD ( temporomandibular dysfunction).follow measures.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consultig Healthcaremagic.
This is Dr. Priyanka tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and gone through the image you have attached. As fas as i have observed there is nothing to worry. Condyle appears normal and space is also normal.
Some tightness, popping and clicking is can be due to slight TMD (inflammation) .
For this i will suggest you to follow few measures :

- Avoid excessmouth opening.
-Do HOT FORMENTATION.
- For tightness you can apply ointment like diclofenac gel in tmj region.

Hope this will help you.
If you have further query i will be happy to help.

TMD will not turn into anything very serious like facial deformity, right? And it is very, very, very unlikely that I will get the type of condylar resorption where your entire condyle disappears, right? (I think this mostly happens to teenage girls).
