Brief Answer: It can be Parkinson disease Detailed Answer: Disease which you are suffering from is originating in brain. This shaking in medical languages is called tremors. Since you have them only when you are resting or sleeping it is called resting tremors. We have to find out which part of brain is involved. So you also feeling that your body is stiff or there is slow XXXXXXX of movement . it can be a anxiety issue also. So I would recommend you to meet a neurologist and find out what is cause of this. Some time even some anti anxiety medications can also cause this shaking. After neurologist opinion, I hope everything will be lot more clear. Till that time you can take a alprax tablet. Let me know if I can answer any other question for you. Thanks and take care.
