Question: Is it normal to have a low grade fever just before your period. ?(my temp usually runs around 96)

Hello,
Normally fever isnt normal before periods but in some extreme cases,as part of pre menstrual syndrome,temperature may be slightly increased.However,the temp usually isnt so high as to disrupt daily function. Normal body temperature is between 96-97 degree F. It fluctuates depending on environmental factors.
