Question: is it necessary for me to take emergency cobtraceptive if he fingered me after touching his precum? he wiped off his hands to get dry on his jeans and then fingered me... i just eneded period three days ago?please help!

we fooled around again last night and i am wondering if i need to take the emergency conraceptive pill he didnt penetrate inside me he just fingered me . but once again im not sure if his precum got inside of me... im on day 11 of my cycle and my cycle is usually 33-36 days according to my period calculator it says that my i will start ovulating in three days from today... last month same situaton occured so i took the plan b pill and go tmy period at its regular time... what do u think should i take the plan b?

If there was no actual intercourse, then there is no chance of pregnancy.
In my opinion,there is no need to take plan B, if there was no semen on the fingers.
