Question: Is it good to take supplements e.g. Multi Vitamin / Calcium with your regular diet?
If yes pls suggest some.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

You can take multi vitamin supplements when ever there is any vitamin deficiency.
Instead of taking vitamin supplements, go for healthy diet like lentils, green leaves,fruits etc.
Multi vitamin pills and calcium supplements leads to renal stones.
If you are having any generalised weakness, then you can take Tab A-Z once daily for 15 days after breakfast.
