Is It Advisable To Take Nutra Forskolin While Taking Effexor And Ativan?

Question: I am on Effexor 300 mg daily and Ativan 3 mg daily at night for sleep. The ativan does not seem to be working lately helping me fall asleep but I have gone without before and it is not a pleasant experience.

I am also thinking of using Nutra Forskolin as an added diet supplement but I do not know if it is safe to take with my current medications.

Other than this, practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation. This will relax your mind and help you sleep.
