Brief Answer:
Not advisable for daily intake

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

As curd made for a good quality milk is a rich source of calories in the form of fat and cholesterol so it's not advisable for a elderly person especially with heart disease.

The cholesterol content in it can lead to increase in serum cholesterol which itself is a risk factor for coronary artery disease.

So its not advisable to consume curd on a daily basis especially for a heart patient.

Hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards
