Brief Answer:
Yes, the possibility of being infected is there

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Yes, the possibility of being infected is there, if the person was infected.
The fastest way to know if the person is infected is by asking him directly or testing his blood for the most common infectious blood transmitted problems.

After 3-6 months you can check yourself too, depending on the credibility of the story of the person who was poked before you.

The risk of getting infected is low though. Its good that you washed it right after, because you lowered it even more. In general people either have been vaccinated for those infections (like HepB) or are under treatment or not in active faze, so that makes it low chance of getting infected.

Hope I helped you somehow.
Let me know if you need any more clarification.
