Question: Dear Dr,
My Aunt recently did an ECG which showed some changes hence we were asked to do 2D Echo and Stress test. Stress test is normal but the 2D Echo had some problem. Kindly guide on the same. Attaching the reports.

Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your aunts health and I would like to tell you that I have carefully gone through the medical reports attached by you and there is nothing to be worried for in the reports.

1. Her TMT was absolutely normal which means there is no significant underlying coronary artery disease.

2. Her echo showed hypertrophic heart disease which means her blood pressure stays on the higher side for which she simply needs a proper medical treatment to keep her bp under proper stable control along with lifestyle modifications.

I hope this information will guide you properly and relieve your worries.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
