Brief Answer:
Hemoglobin level is normal for male of your age.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Hemoglobin level of 13.85 gm% is normal for male of your age.
Thus, there is no anemia.
Lack of stamina is not due to anemia.
It may be due to some other cause.

Thanks and take care

I am a 23 year old female, 130lbs, and am in what I consider to be good health. I have had frequent nosebleeds since a very young age (probably started at around 13yrs). I have been tested, on numerous occasions, for anemia and iron deficiency, with no sign of either condition. For the last year I have been experiencing an increase in nosebleed frequency, accompanied by lightheadedness and often nausea as well. These symptoms are most frequent in the morning, but also occur at other hours of the day. If I am tired or up late, I was almost always have a nosebleed. They do not last near as long as they did when I was younger (only a few minutes) but the headache and nausea will often persist for a few hours, sometimes a full day. I have mentioned these problems to numerous physicians, with no solution offered other than cauterizing the internal nose tissue. I feel that this solution is not adequate, as it would only address one symptom, rather than the unknown cause. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi I have been feeling light headed every morning now soon after I wake up while i am preparing breakfast and it stays fir about hours then I am fine. I am 36 yrs old female, 5 ft 6 weighs about 145 lb. I have anemia/ low iron level. this is a condition that I have had all my life and was doing fine all the past years. Its Mediterranean Anemia since i am originally from the middle east. My doctor had me do a blood test recently and my iron level was lower than my normal. I have been taking iron supplements for about 2 weeks now, also vitamin A , C, D, B50 complex. I take all these supplements in the morning after breakfast except for iron & vitamin C i take them mid day. So any ideas why I feel light headed in the morning?
