Brief Answer:
Quite normal...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is quite normal to find increased heart rate at times of stress, anxiety, strenuous physical activities, exercise, fear and so on. However if you have other symptoms of palpitation, chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness or other unusual symptoms along with increased heart rate, then it is better to get evaluated. You might require ecg, holter / event monitoring to determine / rule out pathological causes.

In simple words, if it is only transient increased heart rate without other symptoms, then there is no need to be worried.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
