Brief Answer:
Can be bradyarrhythmia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query,
Most likely you are having bradyarrhythmia.I would suggest you to visit the nearest Emergency room,And get a Holter attached.
24 hour holter is a device which will record the rate and rhythm of your heart for 24 hours,Any episodes of bradycardia or any abnormal heart beat will be recorded in it.As you are having a feeling of skipped beat,It can be PVC's Also.
Doses of beta blockers will also be adjusted according to the results of Holter.
As of now i would suggest you to go to the nearest Emergency room.
Test advice
24 hour holter
serum electrolyte
Follow up with reports.

I have SVT but my episodes are typically few and short lived. For the past two weeks my heart rate has been fairly consistently over 100 and also raises/drops quickly. (114-90-110...) I have been tired, short of breath and unable to lower my heart rate by myself and make it last for more than a few minutes before it raises again. My fingers are also blueish and swollen around the nails. I am frustrated and not sure what to do. I see a Cardiologist in a week but I haven t been able to sleep much and have been having chest pain and lightheadedness more than I am used to.

Hello, Yesterday I had an incident where after I lifted weights my heart rate would not drop. Well after ten minutes I panicked and had to go to the hospital in an ambulance where my pulse was 140/150 sustained and started to drop after about 15 minutes (25 minutes overall). BP 140/90. I had a yogurt in the morning and a banana to eat, and lately I have been noticing that I have begun getting panicky or had rapid heartbeat after lifting only. Typically it goes away but yesterday was different. My EKG was fine and my BP dropped to 131/75 within a half hour. I also have had some heart palpitations lately, and have not felt as strong at the gym. Havent really had shortness of breath or chest pains, although I think during one palpitation I had a slight pain in left chest. I am 33 years old 160 and physically active. Do you have any idea why only lifting would cause panic, and then this episode with my heart. I have an appointment Monday with a cardiologist but wanted to touch base firs

I have a new heart rate monitor. I am about 20 lbs overweight and have started spinning/biking class. I love it and feel great- my average heart rate is around 160 and the highest is usually around 180. HOWEVER, it has gotten up to 215 two times in the past 2 months. I am 39 and have good cholesterol levels. I also have a good heart- I have been to the emergency room twice in the past year for heart stuff- turns out I am allergic to Claritin D- but have had every heart test except for a stress test-I have TERRIBLE insurance and do not want to do unneeded tests but also don t want to have a heart attack.I have a new heart rate monitor. Hello...my wife is 36 years old, 5 6 , 125 lbs., fit and athletic...while jogging/running on our treadmill, her heartrate will jump from 175/180 BPM to 210/215 BPM for a short period of time (maybe a minute or so) without changing her output (i.e. running pace)...I m confident the heartrate monitor is correct because it works fine on me. The BPM when I m using the treadmill monitor are consistent with a different heartrate monotor I use on a street bike. In addition to her heartrate spikes, I personally think her jogging BPM rate is not consistent (too high) relative to output. Do you see any of this to be a problem?
