Brief Answer:
You are not at risk of heart atttack.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have gone through your history and findings in detail.
You shouldn't worry at all. You are not at risk of heart attack and you are perfectly healthy.
Since angiography has been done,it excludes any coronary heart disease.
You are right, breathing probably may be due to panic attack or psychogenic in nature. However, any pulmonary problem should be ruled out.

I presume all the routine investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar(RBS),Liver function test(LFT),Lipid profile,Renal function test(RFT),Ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads,ECHO,Tread mill test(TMT)has been done and these are fine.

You have normal blood pressure and lower pulse rate.Persons who do heavy work have lower pulse rate.
It is good that you are so active in your daily life and you should continue it.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
