Went to a specialist about testosterone he did blood tests said so
Etching about good and bad levels of estrogen and prescribed anastrozole and testosterone
Brief Answer:
Regularly monitor hormones/electrolytes levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If this is your case, then, I suggest to regularly control the hormones levels in the blood and the blood electrolytes levels to prevent undesired side effects.
Otherwise, the use of such supplements is safe.
