Brief Answer:
What were you chewing last night for anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

YOur question was not clear. What were you chewing last night when you were anxious.
Prolonged chewing can result in temporary edema in the throat and thus can pain. It should relieve on its own if you gargle with warm water gargles with salt in it.

Let me know other information.

I've had so much anxiety this week... Father dying, funeral for close friend ,entertaining, packing my house for remodel on XXXXXXX 2. New business taking off and I'm the only one to do everything and new husband upset not giving him quality time i.e. Work too much. Do you think I could have ground my teeth on my tongue last night?

Brief Answer:
Probably

Detailed Answer:
You probably ground your teeth and that is a near possibility in stress and anxious humans.

You should learn to prioritize and you can build relationships only on this. Take tasks singly and add other slowly as you acclimatize while making people around you happy. Spend one or two hours per day with your new husband and he should not be complaining too much later.
