Without any doubt fruit is much better than fruit juice.
The reasons for this are as follows .
1. Fruits contain lot of fibres. These fibres improve digestion, decrease the absorption of fat and hence prevent obesity. They prevent absorption of toxins from gut and hence protect from conditions like acne.
There are certain vitamins in the parts remaining after extraction of juice, so juice is going to lack these vitamins.

Juice on the other hand, is good for people who are ill, as it directly gets absorbed in body and doesn't need digestion.
Just make sure to wash the fruit before cutting to remove harmful chemicals. Never wash a fruit after cutting, it decreases the nutrient value.
