Brief Answer:
Fatigue is common in first trimester of pregnancy and it is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Fatigue is common in first trimester of pregnancy and it is normal. This feeling is probably because of the increased progesterone level in pregnancy. These pregnancy hormonal changes also make you feel sleepy.

You may be wondering then why it did not happen during first pregnancy. Your body's response to hormones in this pregnancy is different. Nobody knows why this variation occurs.
Make sure you are taking enough protein, fresh fruits and vegetables. Take vitamins that are usually prescribed for pregnant women.
Include exercises like brisk walk in your daily routine. Take good rest. Have enough sleep. Usually these symptoms gradually disappear by the end of first trimester
Follow this for a week.
If migraines still persist then consult physician.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
