Is Erfa or Armour Thyroid the best option for a hypothyroid patient with Hashimoto's?

Thanks for the query.

Erfa or Armour thyroid both contains both T3 and T4 which are synthetic thyroid hormone. The ultimate care for hypothyroidism is the hormone replacement from exogenous source which both these medications contain.

The brands may have different names but the generic is the T3 & T4 which is the only best option for hypothyroidism. However discuss with your doctor to adjust the dose according to your body needs.

If you still have some query, feel free to ask.
