Brief Answer:
Ensure balanced diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Excess grapes consumption as mentioned by your child is not advisable. The reasons being:
- Intact grapes with seeds can lead to chocking accidents. Ensure seedless grapes cut into two before offering them.
- Most grapes available in stores are sprayed with pesticides. So, ensure good washing and cleaning to avoid chemical exposure.
- They are good source of carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fibres. But a balanced diet with good amount of proteins and fats is also required. This is important for growth and development. So, limit the consumption of grapes so that he also take other foods which are healthy.
- Sometimes, toddlers may develop diarrhea due to excess carbs and fibres present in grapes. So, be careful.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care
