Is Dizziness While Standing Up A Sign Of Inner Ear Disorder?

Question: I feel Shakey legged when I'm standing up or walking which feels like it's all in my head and when I lay down it feels like I'm being pulled back and forth...Is this due to an inner ear disorder?

upon standing I get head pressure and whooshing in my ears when the ent checked it last week sitting down was 107 and standing up 123 blood pressures head pressure is new it feels like the sensations start from the top of my head to my eyes to my ears.. standing my legs are Shakey like trying to stay standing this been happening I'm so tried of this doctor
