Brief Answer:
Get blood pressure checked, investigation like random blood sugar, complete blood count

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Based on the information provided by you it doesn't appear to be anything serious. Kindly relax, don't be anxious.

Common causes of dizziness includes increase in blood pressure, or decrease in blood pressure, hypoglycemia and anaemia, dehydration.

So I would recommend you to get your blood pressure checked, and few investigation like random blood sugar and complete blood count need to be done to rule out hypoglycemia and anemia.
Meanwhile have healthy food and take fluid adequately.

Hope this helps, if you have further queries I'll be glad to address them.

Take care
