Is Conception Possible As Per The Following Follicular Study Result?

Question: Hi,
Yesterday I have done follicular study.The result was one follicle in left ovary with the size of 25mm*26mm and in the right ovary there are small follicles haven't mentioned the size.so,can I except positive result that I may conceive.is the follicle of good size or it is big.if the follicle is not ruptured what action need to be taken.

Please help me out

Following is my reply:

1) This follicle is big.

2) It appears that it is not ruptured.

3) You need to take inj. hCG 5000 IU from your doctor for it to rupture.

4) The chances of pregnancy are good only if follicle ruptures.

Hi doctor,
Thanks for the reply..as the follicle size is big my doctor advised not to give any injection for rupture..can I expect that through right ovary there are few follicle will it increase in size and expect a positive result.

If follicle size is 25*26mm means if it is ruptured also will not give healthy egg.will there problem in happening fertilized egg.

What are the reasons as the follicle growth is abnormal.

1) Yes. It is possible that result may be positive if follicle ruptures spontaneously.

2) If this size follicle ruptures, the egg will be healthy.

3) There wont be problems in fertilizing egg because of this.

If the follicle is not ruptured the follicle will follicle result in cyst??
Will it cause any health problem may be result in pcos..
I have pcos..
Please help me out.

If the follicle is not ruptured it will become a cyst.

It wont cause any health problems.

It wont result in PCOS. PCOS women do conceive and it is not an illness.
