default
Posted on Wed, 19 Nov 2014
Question: I used a male supplement to enhance sexual experiences and twice now a cold sore on my lip would break out. Is this a coincidence or a possible side effect of the supplement?

Thank you...

Hello XXXX.
Thank you for relying in healthcaremagic.

I am Dr.Senduran,General physician hope to answer your query.

I would like to have few more information like

1)What do you mean by male supplement ? Is it other than the current medications effexor and bupropion ?
2)Please update dose and the formulation type(extended release or immediate release)of the bupropion and effexor ? --as both the drugs very rarely can cause oral mucosal ulcers/lip sores.
3)Since when are you on these drugs ?

Reply back with the needed information to give a better opinion.

Regards..
