Question: Hi ive finished taking cipro 250 two days ago for sinus infect but it didnt solve. dr has given me clarythromycin 500 mg I also have antihist /b12 is this safe?

Brief Answer: This is safe Detailed Answer: HI. This is absolutely safe and you need it. Continue with clarithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 7 to 10 days This is important to have a proper doses. You also can have a nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazolin 3 to 4 times followed by steam inhalations and also need to take an anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen or so in consultation with the Doctor. Im taking certrizine 10 mg tabs one per day . 2 x b12 one morning and one night time. And clenil 100 mg inhaler . I will start the clarythromycin this evening and i will continue with anelgesics
